This is the case here with this academy for young women in India.
It shows the subtle mix of bamboo and concrete.
As it can get very hot, an ingenious system of fans and spaces without walls allows a permanent aeration.
And the decoration of the classrooms was thought to make teaching enjoyable.

Do you know Le corbusier? He is a Swiss French architect by birth and naturalized French in 1930. He was born on 6 October 1887 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Canton Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and died on 27 August 1965.
Le Corbusier’s architectural work, comprising 17 sites (10 in France and the rest on three continents), is a UNESCO World Heritage site on 17 July 2016.
We present here some works of Le Corbusier in the city of Chandigarh, India.
It is in these photographs that we can see all the genius of this man who was also an urbanist, a decorator, a painter, a sculptor and a man of letters.
